Ensuring our clients safety and comfort is the first priority with Aero. To accomplish our goal – each aircraft must be operated in compliance with the FAA’s most rigorous standards by holding a Part 135 Certificate. In addition to this certification, we have enlisted the services of ARG/US, Aviation Research Group of the United States in tandem with our internal Vendor Screening Program, we are able to provide the most elite network of operators and aircraft available.
Vendor Screening Program:
The Aero Resources Vendor Screening Program is the first phase of our Approved Vendor process. Taking an unbiased look at each operation, aircraft and crew – we internally rate them in key areas: Safety history, crew professionalism and experience, aircraft age, aircraft appearance (interior & exterior), on time performance, and overall client satisfaction. Operations are continually reevaluated after each completed Aero flight, ensuring our database is accurately updated with current information and statistics.
ARG/US:
In order to complete the Vendor Screening Program – each operation must receive an overall minimum rating of Gold from ARG/US CHEQ Report. The CHEQ Report supplies Aero instant access to historical safety standings, Pilot certificates, aircraft registration, operator certificates, accident and incident reports, enforcement actions, Pilot background checks and on-site safety audits. ARG/US analyzes these components and supplies rankings.
Once the crew is assigned, just prior to flight, an additional ARG/US screening is requested. This TripCheq specifically verifies Pilot experience in the aircraft requested meets or exceeds Aero safety standards, aircraft information and insurance coverage. Each trip is then assigned a TripCheq status: Red, Yellow or Green. Only flights earning a Green status will go forward.
